Prices of most monitored commodities showed a nominal increase in the last month. The average prices of coarse rice and wheat flour have increased by 1.0 percent and 0.8 percent respectively, while that of black gram and broken lentils have increased by less than 0.5 percent in the past one month.
Fuel prices (diesel and kerosene) have increased by Rs. 5 each per liter effective from 10 July 2011.
